- Assistant teachers promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care and works with the school’s staff to create an environment of learning and keeps parents informed of the progress of their child.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans and activities created by lead teachers through the High Scope Curriculum and Reggio Emilia Approach.
- Follow Michigan licensing rules and regulations for providing daily care for children.
- Become a team with parents to provide engaging care for their children.
- Keep the learning environment clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Being engaged, interactive, and excited to work with children!
