Job DescriptionTitle of Job: BARTENDER
Department: Beverage
Reports to: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Division: Lombardo's
Daily & Weekly Duties:
Complete set up & break down of bar (i.e. prepare juices, ice, bar supplies etc.)
Clean sinks, bar counter tops and bar area
Count bank before event begins
Conduct bar inventory at the end of the event
Check liquor order
Organize all liquor bottles behind bar
Utilize and maintain company issued uniform standards.
Input credit card tips into POS System
Complete all forms (tips sheet, cleaning checklist etc.?)
Other Significant Duties:
Provide friendly customer service to every single guest.
Insure customer is of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
Refuse service to any customer who is intoxicated
Performs other miscellaneous duties as instructed by management
Inform Operation manger ASAP if guest is intoxicated
If no barback; stock liquor, beer, wine, record issued bottles on inventory sheet, organize beer and wine cooler.
