Full Job Description

Seeking a BHP Supervisor to provide Clinical Oversight to our Clinical Director and our staff.

• Provide clinical oversight to all our staff.
• Sign off all Clinical documents Treatment Plans, Group Therapy Notes; and all other documents as required,
• Ensure that all Clinical oversight addresses the treatment received by residents.
• Review & discuss resident behavioral health issues, services and records,
• Monitor company compliance policy for its personnel
• review types of personnel training programs to be provided.
• provide and document a minimum of 1-2 hours (weekly / bi weekly on-sight clinical oversight/ trainings.

Must be able to commute to San Tan Valley, must have the right credentials,

To provide clinical supervision, an individual must:

• hold an active, in good standing license
• be compliant with the Board's educational requirements found in A.A.C. R4-6-214(including completion of the Clinical Supervision Tutorial on Arizona Statutes/Regulations)
• be qualified under A.A.C. R4-6-212(A)
• ensure they provide clinical supervision meeting the applicable Board rules, and document the supervision appropriately

Salary: Depending on Experience (negotiable)

Hours: Flexible (TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients with substance and mental health issues regarding their need for services.
• Maintain & review accurate documentation regarding clinical work with clients & staff including but not limited to: progress notes, treatment plans, psycho-social assessments, mental status exams, rosters and tracking forms. Pre-admit assessments. concurrent reviews, and monthly clinical updates.
• Discharge process completion within 72hrs of discharge.
• Monthly BHP Compliance Form.
• Quarterly Survey Readiness Review w/detailed findings.
• Weekly review and approve group therapy notes for clients – done by BHTs and reviewed by our clinical director.
• Effectively communicate with clients and facility staff.
• Submit all required paperwork in a timely manner and within the required time-frames.- Open to being available to complete assessments when needed.
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Coordination of Care with case manager, facility program manager, probations officers, resident and family members as needed.
• Complete biweekly trainings with facility behavioral health technicians and administrative team.
• Be available and on-call to assist for crisis intervention when needed.

Requirements:

• Must know how to render effective clinical strategies to assist clients in their change process.
• Demonstrate the ability to comply with HIPPAA requirements and other mandates.
• Must be registered in the supervisory board
• Knowledgeable in substance abuse treatment and strategies.
• Attend monthly supervision/training meetings.
• Must provide proof of CPR and First Aid Certification, TB test results, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance. Professional Insurance,
• Exhibit self-motivation and drive to thrive independent of daily direct clinical oversight.
• MUST be a team player.

Required education:

Masters Degree

Must be licensed as a LCSW, LPC. LISAC

AZ Board of Behavioral Health License.

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Must Have)

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
