Individual is responsible for assisting in preparing proposals, implementing benefits programs, and ongoing customer service. On an ongoing basis you will service the client and their employees whether it be administrative issues for the HR team or claim problems the employees may encounter. You will be the primary contact for our clients and will work closely with the broker and insurance companies. Prior knowledge of group medical is important.

Two years of related job experience is required and may include previous experience with an insurance company, broker office, human resources, or a TPA. Being an independent thinker with good analytical skills is important.

MS Office 365, with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Meetings knowledge, is a plus. Although a Life/Health Insurance license is beneficial, it is not required but would be a future goal.
