Do you enjoy working with your hands? Is customer service your passion? If you have woodworking experience and a passion for furniture design and general carpentry, this is the right job for you! We are looking for a Shop Manager to set up and maintain our workshop space, make sure all machines are working properly and prepare our facility for daily operations. The ideal candidate will also be a good problem-solver who can operate machinery such as table saws, jointer planers and sanders, as well as other equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
• Engage with customers and offer friendly, helpful service.
• Train employees to be courteous, knowledgeable and well-groomed.
• Supervise employees so they are able to handle every day tasks well.
• Organize the store according to inventory, sales and attendance.
• Monitor inventory in accordance with company standards.
• Schedule work hours and assign tasks according to employees' strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure employee uniforms are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure employee break times are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
