H & H Land Surveying, Inc. is a family-owned business that has had a presence in the Middle Tennessee area for over 55 years. We are currently seeking a responsible and motivated individual to fill the positions listed below:

- A full-time Professional Registered Land Surveyor with the ability to work in the field and/or the office

- A full-time CAD Technician (ON SITE)

- A full-time Field Technician

GPS and Data Collection experience are required while familiarity with Carlson Software is desired.

All applicants must have knowledge of Construction Layout, ALTA/NSPS, Boundary, Asbuilt, & Topographic Survey.

All applicants must be able to reliably commute and/or planning to relocate prior to start.

All applicants must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to self-motivate.

Pay is dependent on experience and job duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour

• Smyrna, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Surveyor License (Preferred)
