• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the production of cake and prepared ice cream treats.
• Maintain a beautiful and well stocked display case.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, work areas, seating areas, and restrooms
• Adhere to all Baskin-Robbins dessert decorating quality standards, as well as safety and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare specialty cake orders.
• Manage cake, icing and decoration inventory.
• Prepare all cakes and ice cream treats to Baskin-Robbins specifications and standards.
• Help in the front of the store if it gets busy and your assistance is required.
• Provide excellent customer service to every customer
• Ensure all trash is disposed of timely and safely
• Meet or exceed attendance expectations
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and local and state laws
• Other duties as assigned
• Education and/or Experience
• Cake decorating experience, preferably with ice cream cakes and treats
• Creative and artistic abilities
• Proficient in use of all cake decorating tools and equipment
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Capable of counting money and making change
