MDR Encino Pharmacy is looking for talented and experienced Operator to join our team. What You Will Do
As a Operator, you are tasked with providing an unparalleled Patient Experience to our valued patients! Teamwork and an up-tempo work pace are common themes at MDR. In this role you will be tasked with intaking patient information and dispatching calls throughout the call center.
Skills/Qualities
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Strong team player who contributes to a friendly and inclusive work environment.
- The ability to prioritize based on importance and urgency

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
