Apple Valley Place Clearlake is seeking a Full time or Part time Care Partner to join our team; offering competitive pay, professional development and room for advancement.
Job Description Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established positions and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors.
Demonstrates ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
Assists with resident care to include housekeeping, laundry, social needs, and demonstrates proper lifting techniques.
Assists with serving meals and essential clean-up.
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an information and descriptive manner.
Education and Requirements Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
Prefer prior experience in Assisted Living
Prefer prior experience as a Care Partner or similarly situated position for at least 1 year.
