**THIS ROLE IS LOCATED ALONG THE OREGON COAST **

We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Case Manager to join one of our community mental health providers!

Summary:

The Case Manager performs the duties and possesses the abilities as outlined below.
CASE MANAGER 1:
Provide case management level services to clients involved in mental health treatment. Makes client reports and recommendations to courts, corrections, juvenile, attorneys and agencies as directed.

CASE MANAGER 2:

Provide case management level services to clients involved in mental health treatment. Providing care coordination, advocacy, and assistance in gaining further understanding of mental health disorders and symptom management skills for clients.

CASE MANAGER 1:
Minimum Education & Experience Level:
1 - High School Diploma / GED
Two- Three years -clinical/treatment experience in the behavioral health field.
Substitution Note:

Must meet certification requirements for QMHA through the Mental Health and Addiction Counselor Board of Oregon within six months of hire.
Specifics:

Case Managers must complete Tier 1 online core competencies within 30 days from hire and Tier 2 trainings within 90 days from date of hire. Must complete an Assessment Matrix, demonstrating a combined 3 years of Education/Work Experience. Must have supervisor complete a competency assessment form. Must submit official transcripts (if using college education). Must have supervision hours primary source verified by MHACBO. Must provide copies of training certificates (If using CEUs)

CASE MANAGER 2
Minimum Education Level
3 years behavioral science field.

Bachelors Degree in related field.

Specifics: Must meet minimal qualifications for a QMHP certification as a qualified mental health associate as per MHACBO.
Substitution Note:

Experience can be used in lieu of minimum education requirements. Will accept an associate's degree with 2 years of experience in the behavioral health filed or a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in behavioral health field.

Same Certification and Licensing requirements as a Case Manger 1.
