Care Initiatives is currently hiring a talented Charge Nurses RN/LPN to join our team!:

We offer highly competitive compensation which varies based on previous experience and the shift selected. Several shift options are available, and we look forward to discussing your schedule needs with you.

Successful candidates must have:

• Current registration and licensure in the state of Iowa as an LPN or RN
• Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Current, valid CPR Certification
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treat them with empathy, respect, patience and discretion.
