Berlin City Auto Group is actively hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Custodial/Cleaning Associate to join our team in Gorham, NH!

Position Overview:
The Cleaning Associate is responsible for maintaining the showroom's overall daily cleaning, floors, desks, windows, and restrooms. This Associate will report to the General Manager and be accountable for following all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate clothing and safety gear and following all sanitizing protocols.

Essential Functions:

• Following all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate clothing and safety gear in addition to following all sanitizing protocols
• Cleaning of all showrooms, floors, desks, and windows
• Trash removal daily
• All bathroom's cleaned and sanitized daily
• Vacuum all carpets daily
• Wash showroom interior and exterior windows twice a month (min)
• Polish and shine floors daily
• Light maintenance may include touching up paint, painting, and wall and floor repair as needed.
• Once a month, all office's scrubbed and washed down (spring cleaning basically)
• Shampooing of chairs as needed and ensuring all customer waiting areas are cleaned, updated, and ready for next-day business.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
