****Applicant must be able to work 3 days onsite in South Jordan, UT and 2 days remotely

****Applicant must be flexible to work on a shift schedule

****Applicant must be available to work on holidays and weekends occasionally.

Client Support Associates handles incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Cash Management products and services, online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service

Qualifications:

• Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour
