Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for CNAs/CMAs for the days and evenings to provide extraordinary care and services for our residents. The ideal candidate for these positions would be certified in Kansas with a strong ability to work with a team and in-depth knowledge of the senior care industry.

Responsibilities for Certified Medication Aide:

Primary purpose is to prepare, administer and document medications as ordered by the physician and as directed by the plan of care. Other duties may include assisting with ADLs and conducting continuous monitoring of residents to be proactive in meeting residents’ needs.

Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Aide:

• Provides personal care for residents
• Supports and fosters good relationships with residents, families, and visitors
• Offers input into the assessment of the residents and the care planning
• Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise
• Transports residents as needed

Qualifications for CNA/CMA:

• Valid Kansas certification required
• Experience in adult care and services helpful
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
• Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
