Cognitive Behavioral Coach:
- Brain Balance Achievement Centers seeks a dynamic Sensory Motor/Cognitive Coach to lead and drive each student through our program, many of our clients have an Autism diagnosis and/or have aggressive behaviors.
- This position requires a motivated and passionate individual who will guide and assist children through various activities that will stimulate the brain and create profound change for children's functional levels.
- Our unique Brain Balance program deals directly with children who have disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Asperger’s, ODD, Dyslexia and Processing Disorders.

Requirements Skills and Experience:
- Experience with children with Autism/ASD
- Experience with children ages 4 - 18
- Degree in a related field is preferred
- Confident dealing with difficult behaviors
- Knowledgeable in behavior management techniques
- Patient and kind towards children with special needs
- Team player
- Outgoing/enthusiastic and confident personality
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- The ability to multi-task
- Available most afternoons into the evening

Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Work Location: In person
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Qualifications:
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: Working with Children with disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
