Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The Commercial Card Specialist is responsible to provide administration for Asbury-LHM Commercial Card programs. Specialist will focus on providing guest centric service to all employee cardholders.
Specialist will monitor transactions for compliance and policy, while working with our management teams to correct any found issues.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience with Corporate Card portals / Concur preferred
  • Intermediate+ level understanding of Microsoft Excel and Adobe
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Solid Organizational Skills

Essential Responsibilities

  • Concur & Amex program functions
    • Set up new users
    • Train new users and maintain acknowledgements
    • Monitor for compliance with T&E policy
    • Identify potential fraud or misuse
  • Purchase card program functions
    • Manage Help Desk system that facilitates:
    • Setting up new users
    • Training new users and maintain acknowledgements
    • Terminating users
    • Support dealership inquiries and ensure proper approval is obtained on all exceptions
    • Perform reviews that will result in:
      • Compliance with restricted merchant codes
      • Identification of potential fraud or misuse
  • Fuel card functions
    • Manage Help Desk system that facilitates:
    • Setting up new users
    • Terminating users
    • Support dealership inquiries and ensure proper approval is obtained on all exceptions
    • Perform reviews that will result in:
      • Identification of potential fraud or misuse
  • Reporting for all cards
    • Daily, weekly, monthly reports
