ABOUT US:
Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect special diet trays to assure that the correct diet is served to the resident.
Work with the facilitys dietitian as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.
Assist in establishing food service production lines, etc. to assure that meals are prepared on time.
Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed with established policies.
Coordinate dietary service with other departments as necessary.
Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
Review menus prior to preparation of food.
QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of dietary experience in a hospital or other related medical facility preferred, however not necessary.
Ability to follow certain food requirements that are flexible to residents diets
ServSafe Certification Required Will Train and Certify
