Construction/ EROSION CONTROL CREW MEMBER- Huntsville Alabama

Position Class: Field- Hourly Hours Required: 40+ Per Week Pay: $18- $20/Hour based on experience and qualifications. Reports To: Huntsville Branch Location

Description This is a General Labor position in our Huntsville Alabama location with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies. The crew Leader is responsible for the direction and physical installation of silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and other erosion control services on both residential and commercial sites. Crew leaders require enough experience in the field to be able to supervise and lead a crew while providing excellent customer service. You may utilize vehicles, hand tools, and some equipment to complete your work each day. Hours are approximately 730am-4pm on Monday through Friday with overtime available at certain times of the year. About Greenrise Technologies:

Job Duties

· Go over the daily work schedule with the Operation Manager each morning and communicate to team· Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials each morning · Represent LMES in a professional manner to customers and homeowners at all times· Complete all erosion control work to a high standard of excellence and LMES quality· Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed· Install all erosion control products to the specifications of your crew leader’s direction· Communicate effectively with Managers and fellow crew members · Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s silt fence installation output· Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly · Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command To Apply: Submit Resume and Contact Information to HR@lmes.us
