We are a local, established American Family Insurance agency that is under new ownership. Agents have 23+ years combined experience with American Family Insurance.

We are open M-F 9-5

Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per year

Starting hourly pay rate of $17.00 - $25.00 plus commission and bonus (based on experience and license status) $50k - $70k would not be unreasonable to expect with the right person.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, setting appointments, entering leads, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies, processing payments, updating and creating various documents to submit to Mortgage Companies and Banks. You'll often be the front line of the agency when answering calls or emails. Exceptional Customer Service is of the utmost importance.

High School diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience helpful. You need to be a "people person"

Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred before starting or to be obtained within 90 days of beginning employment (reimbursed by agency)

Experience with PC software including MS Office Suite, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, etc.
