Customer Service Representatives (Spanish Bilingual)
Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
Man the phones during the day for the Marketing Department of CMG; answering calls from clients/customers.

• Manning the phone lines; answering calls from clients/customers
• Setting or scheduling appointments
• Forwarding calls to their respective departments
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service; working phone lines
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Preferably located in Los Angeles, CA
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
