Overview
Dalworth Clean, Inc. is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist that has experience and skills in the customer service, sales, or call center industry.

Job Summary
Assisting and providing solutions for our clients by inquiring about the situation and what requires cleaning in their home.
Work Schedule
Days: Monday - Thursday
- Monday and Wednesday - In Office
- Tuesday and Thursday - Remote
Hours: 4 x 10 hours
- 7:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Demonstrate service excellence for potential and existing clients that call to request cleaning services.
You will handling incoming calls for sales and service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have professional communication skills, excellent grammar, and a great personality that shines through on the phone.
- Ability to work computer programs including; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Great work ethic with an independent nature of self-accountability. (Preferred)
- Strong sales discipline. (Preferred)
- Customer service and sales experience in call center (Preferred)
- High speed internet and your own computer equipment. (Required) Company financing is available.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Pass drug screen and background check.
- Demonstrate sales closing abilities by engaging with our clients
Benefits
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year. (Starting $14/hour, after probation period of 90 days will go to 16+/hour)
