Position Responsibilities:

• Clean the Burning machine before start of shift and maintain the area throughout the day.
• Help load and unload the Burn table.
• Burn operators must sign and date all Burn sheets they are Burning from.
• Measure the plate and write the “ON SIZE” of each plate burned on the burn sheet.
• Review Burn comments. i.e., domestic, +/-, ship drops, mark pieces and plate material.

Work Environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. in a physical environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting

• Minimum 3 months relevant Machine Operator experience
• Attention to detail
