Job description
Assess existing reporting processes for the Martín Peña ENLACE Project in order to identify sustainable improvements, comprehensive solutions, suggest enhancements, and pilot modifications that support data informed decision making and efficiency in the reporting of the accomplishments to the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, Community Leaders, among other internal and external stakeholders.
Member Duties : Ensure to keep updated the development of indicators tailored to each necessity and develop a database system as comprehensive as possible. Ensure the implementation of the indicators database and the knowledge transfer to staff. Some of the member's duties will include: 1) Research, identify, and adopt evidence-based best practices that assure quality, consistency, accountability, transparency, efficient data collection, and timely reporting of indicator data. Suggest new data to be incorporated in the databases. 2) Design training materials in order to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of efforts. 3) Complete any updates required during the implementation process, including, but not limited to continue updating available data and identifying correlations when necessary.
