Position: Collector

Position Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Position Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $ 20 - $ 25/hr.

Description

Our Collections team collaborates with our clients, our legal team, and consumers to identify the optimal debt resolution solution for every unique situation. Our Collectors enjoy an excellent performance-based incentive compensation program in addition to hourly rates commensurate with individual experience. We also offer a robust benefits package and retirement plan. As a Collector at the Firm, your primary duties will include:

· Handling inbound and outbound collections calls efficiently and effectively

· Effectively analyzing customer accounts making sound decisions regarding repayment

· Drive revenue by collecting payment-in-full and establishing repayment plans

· Maintain and update customer files accurately

· Closely follow collections scripts to ensure client expectations

· Record all customer payments accurately

· Notate all customer conversations and circumstances accurately

· Interact effectively with all internal and external customers

· Abide by all rules and regulations established by the FDCPA, FCRA, and all state laws

· At least 2 years of experience in consumer debt collection

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
