We may have the opportunity for you! Our fully established Bixby, Oklahoma office of over 13 years is located in a beautiful and safe suburb of Tulsa. Bixby has one of the highest ranked and most desired public-school systems in the state and is currently the region’s leader in residential growth! It is an excellent family friendly city for growing families in addition to having Tulsa less than 10 minutes away offering concerts, casinos, night life, and some of the best restaurants and entertainment in the state.

With over 24 well trained team members to support you, our patient centric and growth focused team is always looking to better the doctor and patient experience. Our dental hygiene recall department has a fully committed schedule for four hygienists daily. We are seeking a self-motivated, positive spirited general dentist to join and help us deliver excellence to our patients!

We are a thriving and growing practice averaging 130+ new patients per month with two full time doctors. We do have a doctor who fills in for us as needed as well. Because of our desired and embraced growth, we are seeking a third full-time doctor allowing us to continue our vision of never turning patients away and scheduling them in a timely manner. We are willing to consider a part time doctor if the “right fit” presents. We have amazingly loyal patients and are very blessed to serve them as they return for years to come. Hours are flexible as our office offers patient care hours between 8 AM to 5PM Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 7AM to 4PM on Wednesdays. No weekends. After hours call every third month only. We understand and fully respect that it is helpful to have insight on new career endeavors therefore we offer the option to speak with our full time associate doctor and fill in doctor to ask any questions or inquiries.

-COMPENSATION PACKAGE WITH HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL (Our practice is located in a high socioeconomic area with patients dedicated to their oral health. This is an opportunity to earn high income without a high volume of patients. We are only “in network” with 3 insurance plans of which our average write off (adjustment) is only 12% of our full fees and our office fees are in the 80th percentile of the NDAS (National Dental Advisory Survey) fees recommended. We care about the time spent with our patients, the quality of our dentistry provided, and the excellent materials we use, therefore; our office is proud to have fees that support this desire.

Our office offers two options for compensation:

28 to 32% OF ADJUSTED PRODUCTION

-EMBROIDERED SCRUBS AND LAB COATS

-PAID CONTINUING EDUCATION ANNUALLY IN OFFICE

-DENTAL FOR SELF AND DEPENDENTS

-QUARTERLY IN OFFICE TEAM TRAININGS

-HEALTH and VISION INSURANCE OPTION

-100% OF LAB FEES PAID BY THE PRACTICE

OR

-GUARANTEED BASE SALARY PLUS INCENTIVES BASED UPON ADJUSTED PRODUCTION (VARIES UPON EXPERIENCE)

-401K

-PAID CONTINUING EDUCATION IN OFFICE ANNUALLY

-PAID QUARTERLY IN OFFICE TEAM TRAININGS
