Job description

We are looking for a Direct Care Worker to join our team and provide quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care services, assisting with activities of daily living, and helping individuals reach their highest level of independence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, be patient and understanding, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Monitor the health and safety of individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure that all medical needs are met in a timely manner.
• Document progress and changes in the individual's condition.
• Assist with recreational activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
