As a DSP, you will be teaching self-care skills, cooking meals, doing household tasks, and fun activities. Get your schedule for the entire month and have consistent hours. Hiring bonus: $500 after your first 90 days then another $500 after you have completed your first 6 months of work and all required training is complete*!

• $20.00/hour
• Consistent schedule with a 2 day on/2 day off and must be able to work every other weekend
• Our Day Shifts start at 7am
• Our Scheduler provides your schedule for the entire month- plan your work/life balance!
• 75 hours paid Caregiver Training including CPR/First Aid
• First year/first time Nurse Assistant Registered (NAR) license paid
• Paydays ever 2 weeks!

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist client with their personal care - personal hygiene and grooming
• Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable for the clients
• Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals
• Accompany client to scheduled medical appointments
• Remind and assist client with self-administration of medications (with training)
• Accompany client on community activities~movies, trips to the beach or zoo, shopping at the mall, etc.
• Document services provided using computer
• Requirements:
• Must be able to provide proof of completed Covid vaccination record
• Be at least 18 Years or older
• Be Able to Pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check
• Have the Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have recent caregiving experience and training working with individuals with specific behaviors
• Have basic computer skills
