OAHC has residential 6400 homes within the Beaver County area that require Direct Support Professionals (DSP). For those who are new to the field, OAHC offers comprehensive training to orient you to your job responsibilities. If you come with experience, OAHC will train you to make sure that you are at the top of your game! Training for all employees is PAID!

Openings (Beaver County-Monaca, Beaver, Rochester, Baden, New Brighton, Aliquippa, Conway, Beaver Falls, etc.):

• Full-Time / Part-Time
• Must have weekend availability
• Hours Available: 12:00am to 8:00am, 4:00pm to 12:00am
• The ideal candidate for this position will have Saturday and Sunday availability. However, OAHC can provide the candidate(s) with a Sunday through Thursday or a Monday through Saturday schedule
• Open Time Slots: Submit your application to discuss schedule openings with an OAHC recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living
• Transportation Via Agency-Owned Vehicle(s): physician appointments, shopping, errands, community outings
• Household Care: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
• Completing Documentation to substantiate services being delivered (progress notes, time sheets, daily checklists, etc.)

Though all of the below items aren't required, we highly encourage those with the following credentials to apply:

• 2 Step TB Test
• Valid Driver’s License
• Physical Examination (reimbursed after 90 days of employment)
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance and an Act 34 Criminal Background Check (company paid)
• Training on Chapter 6400 Regulations (paid training)
• High School Education or Equivalent (preferred)
