We strive to be excellent and caring in everything that we do, and we are looking to add highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team of Directors by going through our in-house Leadership Development program. As a top 10% store in the Chick-fil-A chain, Chick-fil-A Ooltewah offers Leadership Development Candidates exposure to top notch leadership and business training. We do this through intentional mentor pairing and intensive on-the-floor training. This role would require a two year commitment to the restaurant, culminating in a Director role with responsibility over one or more of the following business areas: Drive-thru, Hospitality, Marketing, Kitchen, Food Safety and Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Scheduling, etc.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain 30+ hour/week presence in store operations
- Lead shifts for Front of House and Back of House
- Deliver performance feedback to Team Members and Leadership
- Create a positive work environment through relationship building
- Create goals for business and implement effective plans regarding goals
- Own high level area of the business
- Develop new Leadership candidates
