The Arc Erie County is looking for
Director of Residential Services!
What you’ll be doing: As our
Director of Residential Services, you’ll be responsible for organizing & assuring an ongoing program of service supervision for all Residential staff. This position also includes:
· Development of new/revised Residential program plans, policies and administrative procedures
· Develops & monitors implementation of service standards, guidelines & practices
· Works in collaboration with our Associate and Chief Operating Officer for all fiscal affairs
· Determines service priorities, assigns, schedules & coordinates activities of Senior Residential staff
· Responsible for security, maintenance & safety of all Residential Services buildings
· Giving direct supervision to our Associate Directors of Residential

What we need from you:
Master’s Degree in Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Special Education or related field
plus (5) years full time paid Residential experience w/ (3) years Senior Level Services experience in Residential & (1) yr as Service Administrator OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Special Education or related field
plus (10) years full time paid Residential experience w/ (5) years Senior Level Services experience in Residential
Valid NYS Driver’s License & approved driving record
