DISPATCHER

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL

CR Express Inc is immediately hiring Dispatchers. Our company is a full-service trucking and transportation company specializing in the handling of time-sensitive shipments, local ground cartage, and point-to-point hot shots. As a Dispatcher, you will be an essential part of our core operation. Coordinating and performing numerous Dispatching functions to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.

The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching drivers for shipment pick-ups and deliveries. Ensuring all Prioritized time sensitive cargo is picked up and delivered on time. Ensure drivers have the right equipment for their assigned pickups. Receive customer requests for deliveries and recovery of freight. Handling multiple issues and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments. Ensure all required paperwork is submitted timely to appropriate personnel. Manage stored data on CR Express data dispatching system.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
