Transport Solutions is looking to hire a full-time Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Dispatcher.

We are Utah's largest NEMT provider and serve Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Tooele counties, with our dispatch center located in North Salt Lake, UT.
Non-emergency Transportation consists of transporting members to and from their medical appointments.

Our dispatch team ensures that routes remain running on time, take cancellation calls, add same day trips into existing routes, and provide outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team.

Qualifications:

We need a bilingual person that is fluent in English and Spanish.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize under stress.

Ability to learn and adapt

Proficient computer skills (Excel, Teams, Email, etc.)

Professional phone skills

Desire to help and serve your community.

Works well in a team setting and independently.

We provide on-site training.

3 months probationary period with training pay. Independent testing and pay-raise at completion of $2.00 per hour.
