We are hiring for ambitious technology startups building the next generation of food delivery. The ghost kitchen industry is currently in hyper-growth mode looking for rock-stars to work at their facilities. They are constantly growing and innovating in the space and are looking for driven and excited people who can help build out the role and help grow the business and function!

Our many facility partners are looking for a driven and excited people to grow with our growing business as a Facility Operations Associate!

Your responsibilities on the Job:

• Run food orders from kitchens to customers quickly and accurately
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Be highly organized and a self-starter
• Assist with transporting orders from kitchens to the central processing area in the facility
• Check in with customers to guarantee a satisfactory experience and relay reports of customer satisfaction to restaurant management
• Facilitate community between the our team and the kitchens
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, a positive attitude, initiative and have exceptional communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry-level role in a restaurant
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift at least 30lbs

Nice to have:

• Experience with a food service, hospitality or retail company
• Experience with a technology startup
