Job Requirements
3-5 years' work experience- Graduate of a University/Program with a doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic
- Current Medical License - MD or DO
- Unrestricted Current DEA Registration
- Current Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration
