Overview

Geographical area coverage for Aftersales. Management of local aftersales services (maintenance, spare, technical assistance). Supporting sales efforts and project execution

Responsibilities

The candidate will support the current and future installed base of Diemme Filtration equipment. The support levels include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Visit prospective clients with Sales Manager and / or representatives to support the sale with respect to Services capabilities

· Supervise (if necessary) installation and startup / commissioning of Diemme Filtration scope of supply.

· Assist clients with technical support of filters (on site and remote).

· Diagnose and Troubleshoot issues associated with filters and other scope of supply items (initially to be guided from Italy).

· Maintain positive account relationship.

· Support with IoT services implementation.

· Collaborate in the Execution of Spares Strategy of Customers and of Diemme Filtration.

· Manage spare parts at various warehouses.

· Travel is expected to be about 50% with possible, but rare, travel on weekends and holidays.

Location preference MN, CO, AZ, UT, NV, TX.

Requirements

· Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (preferred)

· 4-5 years in field service

· Experience in mechanical installation, machine maintenance and machine commissioning.

· Basic electrical and automation skills (control PLC, check electrical wiring, read mechanical and electrical drawings).

· Customer relationship skills.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
