Our Boba Café is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Crew Member to join our team. We are a unique café that offers a variety of products, including fresh juices, boba, ice cream, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service to our customers and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our café.

We are actively seeking to hire someone who is committed to their work and will not require time off in the immediate or near future. We kindly request that individuals who require time off do not apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.

Prepare and serve food and drinks, including boba, fresh juices, ice cream, acai bowls, crepes, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches.

Operate and maintain equipment, such as blenders, grills, and cash registers.

Keep the café clean and organized, including wiping down tables, washing dishes, and restocking supplies.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of our products.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Our candidate must be able to work nights as well as open availability on weekends. We prefer candidates with open availability weeknights from 3 pm onwards.
