Masters Petersen's Flooring & Design is seeking a Front Desk/Office Coordinator who is a quick learner, excels at working in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a strong desire to work as part of an amazing team, while able to work equally as well independently. This position requires a self-motivated and highly organized individual. The Office Coordinator will perform a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.
The ideal candidate must be driven by, and exemplify, these four core values above all else: Hard Work, Teamwork, Customer Service, and Doing the Right Thing Salary Range: $18 to $22 per hour

Typical Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday (37-40 hours per week) Key Roles
  • Office Organization, cleanliness, and preparedness.
  • Create positive first impression that conveys the priority we place on our clients, greeting callers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies.
  • Assist Accounting Team with accounts payable and other functions, as needed.
  • Assists Operations Team with Labor reporting and other functions, as needed.
  • Assists Sales Team with project coordination support, as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Planner
  • Must possess time management and organizational skills and be able to make on-the spot changes, as project dictates and scheduling conflicts arise
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Highly dependable and responsible
  • 1-3 Years in a supportive role to include minor bookkeeping duties
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk/Office Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
