StretchLab Charlottesville is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled and sales motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for the Cville community!

StretchLab provides life improving one-on-one assisted stretching to individuals from teenagers to seniors looking to get more out of life. StretchLab is the first and only nationally accredited assisted stretching program ensuring our members receive maximum benefits from our proprietary stretching program.

POSITION:

The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with the overall sales and operational functions of the studio. This includes intake to discover new prospects needs and goals to educate them on the benefits of assisted stretching. The Sales Associate will make new lead calls, follow up emails and texts with the goal of booking introductory stretch sessions. The Sales Associate will also assist with retail sales, booking current members as well as keeping the studio and retail space looking its best. Fitness related knowledge or background is strongly preffered but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

● Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and retail

● Ability to learn and use the studio managment software system (Club Ready)

● Ability to stand or sit for entire shift throughout the workday

● Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

● Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

● Must have proficient computer skills

● Daily and/or occasional local travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing

● Book and confirm introductory sessions

● Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio

● Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants

● Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

● Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider

● Present available services to current or prospective members

● Book quality lead appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes

● Social Media experience

● Maintain appropriate retail inventory

● Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club

● Ensure studio is clean and tidy

● Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
