Job description

Front desk receptionist at a popular local salon in downtown San Clemente. Basic job requirements are to support clients and hairstylists/estheticians by answering phones, setting appointments, cleaning (including deep cleaning), laundry, filing paperwork, running errands, anticipating needs of clients and coworkers, organizing & making sure the salon looks clean & inviting. We are hiring for a full time, lead receptionist position. This will require more responsibility then our other receptionists and will eventually include duties such as helping with inventory, making the monthly front desk schedule, keeping track of retail & backbar levels and restocking, scheduling monthly meetings & assisting management. After a 90 day probationary period, we will review your performance and discuss your possible pay increase. We are looking for people who are positive, up to date on current trends, comfortable talking about hair & spa services (we will train), reliable, punctual, put together, quick learning, happy & motivated. Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
