The Sleep Inn in Rockford, Illinois is seeking a friendly front desk clerk focused on Customer Service. Must be available for FIRST SHIFT FROM (7 AM - 3 PM) five days a week. Must have knowledge/experience of customer service (preferable at hotel/motel), resolving guest issues and will work closely with the General Manager to exceed monthly goals.
