The position of SBDC Administrative Program Coordinator is Open Until Filled to create a qualified instructor pool.

As the SBDC Administrative Program Coordinator, you will assist the SBDC Director in activities to support the work of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). You will perform administrative, budgetary, program coordination, instructional support, and clerical tasks for the SBDC. You will frequently interact with college administrators, program partners, employers, contractors, faculty, staff, SBDC clients, and students. You will work closely with the director in the development, implementation, operation, and monitoring of programs, budgets, and departmental activities. You will handle confidential personnel, client and sensitive program information. Your instructional support functions will include preparing personal service contracts, scheduling classes, updating department website, coordinating enrollment/registration activities, timecard submissions, salary distributions and faculty agreements, billings, invoices, budget projects, and other fiscal responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of office management or related experience.
  • Three years of progressively responsible secretarial, administrative, and/or program support/coordination experience including substantial bookkeeping work.
  • Small business ownership and/or operation preferred.
  • Oregon Drivers' license.
  • Reliable transportation.
