Store Support Lead is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:

• Efficiently and effectively supporting the executive team and associates in the administrative and operational functions of the store
• Demonstrating Digitally Savvy behaviors through effective use of company tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with team members
• Executing store payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders
• Maintaining and resolving in-store technology resources and tools
• Organizing, supporting and processing all steps in the associate lifecycle
• Communicating and guiding store issues through resolution
• Assisting the store executive team with onboarding and orienting new associates, and supporting continued training
