Job description

No experience in window or glass installation is necessary, however a strong willingness to learn is a must. Basic carpentry or construction skills and some tools are required (you will need to supply your own impact driver and drill set among a few other important tools in time). This job is a great long-term opportunity for the right candidate. We have a great team and are looking for another team player to invest in for a great opportunity, we will the train you for the job and teach what you need to know to be successful and earn more money. As your skills grow, so will your compensation.

What you will learn:
*Rescreening and building new screen frames
*Cutting flat glass for picture frames or single pane window frames
*Measuring and installing glass in window frames that has broken or failed/become fogged
*Servicing patio doors (replacing rollers, tracks and other hardware to bring them to better, working order)
*Servicing windows, doors, showers and more that need replacement hardware, weather-stripping or adjustments
*...and more!

This position will also help our Warehouse Team as needed with loading and offloading company vehicles, receiving deliveries and supporting with ground maintenance around the shops, parking lot and storage areas.

This is a full-time job - Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5pm with some overtime when and if needed.
