North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. General Description:
Our Greeter will represent North Country HealthCare by greeting and welcoming patients, family members, visitors, vendors, other guests, and employees as they enter the front doors of the facility in a professional manner with a high level of customer service. Conduct COVID-19 symptom screening according to North Country HealthCare guidelines. Understand de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques with the ability to remain calm and enact the processes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, family members, visitors, vendors, other guests, and employees in a professional manner with a high level of customer service. Conduct COVID-19 symptom screening according to North Country guidelines.
  
• Understand de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques with the ability to remain calm and enact the processes. Assist in resolving real-time patient concerns according to North Country protocol. Alert appropriate staff immediately to any signs of patient distress. Training will be provided in de-escalation techniques.
  
• Follow all required policies including OSHA distancing standard to avoid the transmission of illness by correctly wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including masks and gloves. Perform lobby rounding as required to ensure patients are kept aware of wait time expectations.
  
• Report visible hazards and/or broken equipment to clinic manager as appropriate, to include COVID-19 monitoring Kiosk equipment.
