What will I be doing?

As a Groundsperson you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities to the highest standards:

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.

• Transports tools, materials and supplies as required.

• Removes and reinstalls trash dumpsters.

• Removes dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.

• Uses backpack blowers.

• Pressure washes decks and other surfaces.

• Digs holes, ditches, and trenches

• Clean and perform basic maintenance inspections of all golf carts

• Clean and perform basic maintenance inspections of all resort vehicles

• Clean lint drain in the main laundry and add chemicals to the lift station as needed

• Skill in the use and care of equipment and tools used in performing work assignments

What are we looking for?

• Ability to follow simple instructions both verbal and written,

• Push/pull up to 100lbs,

• Climb stairs and ladders, working at heights of up to 40 feet,

• Ability to grasp, lift, carry up to 50lbs
  

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Pas Grounds/ Maintenance Experience
