Head Swim Instructor

Established, national premium swim school has expanded to the Tampa, FL area and is seeking an experienced, reliable and dedicated member to join our leadership team for year-round position at an indoor pool within the Esporta Fitness on Main Street in Dunedin.

This person will initially visit our Lutz location for a paid month of training to our Lutz so that they understand our program and terminology. They will own their own teaching schedule when they return as well as be responsible for assessing future swim instructor candidates during their interview processes, training other instructors via team-teaching, monitoring other instructors to ensure adherence to the class structure, instructor scheduling, participate in occasional corporate training calls, and other management tasks.

Requirements:

- Requires at least 5+ years of swim instruction experience teaching students of all ages and abilities including infants, toddlers, youth, adults and special needs.

- Candidate must demonstrate excellent teaching technique, commitment, promptness, responsiveness, organization, and people skills.

- WSI certification is preferred however we consider extensive teaching experience above everything else.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
