A great small short-term acute care facility in Tahlequah, OK is hiring for a permanent, full-time Director of Home Health. Starting at $45.00/hr DOE. Come join a team that is dedicated to providing quality care to a diverse population!

Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance on a case-by-case basis

Director of Home Health Position:

• Director of Home Health who participates in all aspects of the hospital's home health department and occasionally provides patient care.
• Plans, implements, and directs the operations and financial management of the home health care services prgroam
• Great leadership and staff development skills necessary
• Will be overlooking the Home Health Services Department
• Flexible hours M-F

Director of Home Health Qualifications:

• BSN Required, MSN Preferred
• Current Oklahoma RN License (or Compact License)
• BLS, ACLS
• 5 years of experience in Home Health preferred
• 2 years nursing administration experience
• experience in management techniques
