What You Will Be Doing
You will be the first member of our HR department. As you grow within the role, we will expand the department and you will have multiple direct reports. Your main tasks are as follows:
- Explaining/managing employee benefits and compensation
- Hiring and onboarding
- New employee Training
- Resolve interpersonal and professional conflicts
What You Need for this Position
3+ years as a seasoned and knowledgeable Human Resources leader with experience in the following:
- benefits
- compensation
- hiring
- training
- conflict resolution
