We are looking for an HR assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. Responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative duties, including HR, payroll, and general support functions. Strong background in payroll administration, timekeeping, and a deep understanding of basic payroll practices required. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, and to be flexible and adaptable in handling multiple tasks and projects while making yourself available to support internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Administer changes to employee profile in a HRIS system
• Compile and update employee records
• Analyze and audit payroll transactions and time data
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher in human resources, payroll, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR and/or payroll preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lolita, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
