Summary
The Learning Center is hiring a full-time Infant Nursery Supervisor / Infant Program Supervisor (INS / IPS).
This is an opportunity to work with an awesome team of passionate educators who are making a positive difference in the community every day! Must be Infant Program Supervisor qualified per Colorado Childcare Rules and Regulations.
You must also love babies and have an active and growing relationship with Jesus.

Duties
- An Infant Lead Teacher will accept the philosophy of Learning Center and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center
- Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child's day
- Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Respect and observe children's interests. Intervene when needed to maintain safety. Enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate
- Share ideas in planning a daily schedule which provides a balance of activities: quiet/active, indoor/outdoor, fine/gross motor, etc.
- Have an active knowledge of infant development.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Infant Nursery Supervisor certified (required)
- Previous Infant teaching experience (required)
- Understands children's needs and behaviors
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs (for Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.).
- Lead Teacher Applicants must meet the necessary requirements for Colorado
